The delivery process depends on the location and the shipping method that you have chosen. Our packaging process takes 1-2 days, followed by regular shipping for 2-10 days. Your receipt will be sent three business days after delivery at the latest.
You may return or exchange a product you bought from www.resettheskin.com if:
The product(s) that you have received does not match your order
The amount of product(s) that you have received does not match your order
There are defects on the product(s) that you have received
The content volume of the product(s) does not match the product description
You should immediately report a complaint to Re.Set the Skin’s Customer Service providing the following details:
An attachment of a clear and complete narration of the complaint
An attachment of supporting photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product(s)
An attachment of your order number
Attachments of supporting documentation to prove that the product(s) is still new, unopened, and unused
Complaint must be reported within 48 hour after receiving the order and Re.Set the Skin’s Customer Service will process the complaint within the next 24 hour
Should any error be found on behalf of Re.Set the Skin’s team, you may immediately send the product(s) back while we cover the shipping cost.
Re.Set the Skin’s team will send the product(s) back to you without providing an exchange should we find that the product(s) has been opened or used.
